  • Yoga Teacher Training: 200hr YTT (vinyasa), 50hr YTT (yin), Prenatal and Postnatal YTT

Professional Background:

  • Studied Human Anatomy and Physiology at the University of Melbourne, before commencing Physiotherapy at Curtin University.

  • Has worked in both private practice and public hospital settings before joining The Studio, including several years on maternity wards.

Personal Life:

Proud mum of one very good boy. Outside of work, Sally enjoys taking her pup on adventures around WA, including camping, hiking, local cafes, or weekend trips to bunnings for miscellaneous DIY projects. She also enjoys the simple pleasures, like a good coffee or cup of tea, a good book, and homecooked dinners with friends.
