24 hours notice of cancellation is required in order for us to be able to offer your appointment time to other clients on the waiting list. Last minute cancellations will incur a 50% consultation fee, and non-attendance will incur the full amount of your consultation fee. 

We understand that sometimes life happens and there are unexpected and uncontrollable circumstances, which will of course be taken into account. We just ask everyone to respect us and our other clients that are in pain and discomfort waiting for an appointment.
