Pilates is all about finding the most efficient way to move your body.
As physiotherapists, we use pilates clinically to help encourage healing, strengthening, pain reduction, mindfulness, and injury prevention, through healthy movement.
At The Studio, clients are seen One on One for individual assessment, movement analysis and instruction with hands on feedback. We also use manual therapy techniques as required, in combination with exercises on the equipment to encourage best possible movement patterns.
Once each client begins to learn their new movement patterns and improves their self awareness of body position and muscle activation, they can progress into a Two on One session to continue their individual program, sharing the studio with one other client, whilst still receiving personalised hands on attention at a reduced cost.
