  • Continues to enhance Pilates expertise through workshops, retreats, and courses with various teachers and methods, including Madeline Black and Anatomy Trains.
  • AMTA Courses in Lumbopelvic and Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction.
  • AAP Education Dry Needling Masters Qualification.
  • Assisted Doug Cary in teaching the Level 1 Dry Needling course.
  • Completed Level 1 and 2 Nutrition Courses for Allied Health Practitioners, contributing to a special interest in the relationship between nutrition, inflammatory conditions, mental health, and pain.
  • Holds a special interest in Meditation and Mindfulness and has completed Openground’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course.

Personal Life:

Proud mother to a 10-year-old Chocolate Lab named Kodi, who also serves as the emotional support dog at “The Studio.”

Caring for a 15-month-old daughter named Brooklyn, who occasionally makes appearances at the studio.

In a past life, Sarah was an athlete, participating in gymnastics, diving, and netball. Nowadays, she takes extra care to preserve her knees for family ski holidays.
